Crowd Controllers Course (Queensland) Persons wishing to become licensed crowd controller’s in Queensland must have completed 14 specified units of competency. These units are not only required for crowd control, but can also be used for a security guard (unarmed) license.
Crowd Controllers Revalidation (Queensland) New regulations have identified the need for current crowd controllers to have the ability to manage conflict and minimise harm to patrons whenever necessary. Crowd controllers in Queensland must undertake these three units every 3 years.

Security Officer (Monitoring) Course
(Queensland) A monitoring security officer personally monitors property using an electronic monitoring device, such as a visual recording system, a radio or remote alarm system. To qualify you must successfully complete these 7 competency units.
