Applications for transfer must be on the approved form and in the approved manner.  This can require the signature of both incoming and outgoing licensees, consent of the freehold property owner, proof of mandatory training obligations and a new Risk Assessed Management Plan to be submitted.

 

BARS Consultants can assist with your application process by providing a complete transfer package for only $1290 which includes

 

Consultants Fees (approximately $840)

  • Risk Assessed Management Plan (RAMP);

  • Review of personal details schedules;

  • Consultation on premises with client;

  • Completion and lodgement of all forms to the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation;

  • Obtaining copies of company documents and/or council permits if required;

  • Review of license conditions, licensed area and trading hours;

  • Printing and Reproduction including a copy of the full application for client records.

 

Government Fees (approximately $450)

  • Application for Registration of Financial Interest

  • Application for transfer of  Liquor Licence

  • Criminal History Fees for two persons named in the application

 

Prospective Licensees should note that a transfer typically takes about 4 to 6 weeks for OLGR to process and approve an application.  Further, the fees quoted do not include annual license fees which will be calculated by OLGR on a pro-rate basis from the 1 July once the initial transfer has been approved.
