approved form and in the approved
manner. This can require the signature
of both incoming and outgoing licensees,
consent of the freehold property owner,
proof of mandatory training obligations
and a new Risk Assessed Management Plan
to be submitted.

Prospective Licensees should note that a
transfer typically takes about 4 to 6
weeks for OLGR to process and approve an
application. Further, the fees
quoted do not include annual license
fees which will be calculated by OLGR on
a pro-rate basis from the 1 July once
the initial transfer has been approved.
